A Family Sunroom Gets a Cozy Contemporary Style

After years of enjoying festive color, this family was ready for a lighter cozy contemporary style. When we first suggested going with light colors on the wall, they worried they’d have a sunroom that felt cold. Since we’d worked with them before, however, they trusted that we’d give them something they’d love.

We warmed the room with simple, elegant, beautiful loden-green linen curtains that add elegant texture and frame the wonderful views of the family garden. The green encourages unwinding but has enough warmth to, promote comfort and togetherness.

We knew we accomplished our mission when we saw the client’s happy tears the second she walked in. The sunroom is once again the family’s favorite room.
